I made an appointment for 8am. They advised that I should arrive by 745am to get in relatively quickly. When I arrived, I was told that all of the mechanics were late and wouldn't be there until 830. Not great from a customer service perspective.

Told me my car needed a whole new exhaust that would cost $8000. I took it for a second opinion and after labor and taxes it was only $550. Reedman tried to put me in a new car by lying to me about how much it wound cost to fix my car. I will never go to Reedman Toll in Springfield again. Or buy a GM product because of the experience.

excellent service, had check engine light go off and on in the afternoon called service they told me to drop it off anytime but would get to it the next day (24/7 drop off) they had it ready first thing in the AM, called me with price since my extra warranty expired. first class service and very thankful

Brought my car in for an oil change and a oil leak, the leak is fixed, but havent had a chance to check the air filters, just hope theyre not like Chapman Chevrolet who say they did work they didnt do. Overall, the service was pretty good and they got my vehicle right in the shop, I took away a star though, because they are a bit pricey, $230 for a diagnostic seemed a bit much.

Poor service overall. Took 5 days to even look at the car. I had the feeling the whole time that they were trying to hide something from me. Turned out it needed to have computer re-programmed but who knows what else they claimed through the warranty company. I signed two documents after picking my car up and asked for copies. I was only given a copy of one of those documents. SUUUPPEEEER SHADY. Will not visit again.
