The people here are very kind and go out of their way to help you. I enjoy coming here. I especially love the fact that after I have service and I do their survey and you give them excellent ratings you can get a free oil change or a free refill of gas. I met Mary and she is a real joy.

I made the appointment and they took me right in. The staff was very professional and courteous. They informed me of the cars current condition and gave the car a washing before they returned it. I would recommend Reedman to anyone who is looking for a new car to buy.

2 hours to tell me that my EVAP leak was caused by "rodent damage" that apparently is not covered under warranty. To add insult to injury, at the very least, it'll be 700 bucks but most likely, way more. But yet, the very same leak can be fixed by my mechanic/shop nephew for less than 300 bucks and in a day, unlike the several days I was told. Gauging thieves.

I had a lot of service and it was completed in a timely fashion. I was able to speak directly to the service technician and he showed me things that might need service in the near future. Upon receiving my vehicle after service I was very happy to see it had been washed and even dusted on the inside! Reedman-Toll really did a great job this time and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Used to be a great place to go for routine maintenance like oil change etc. Of late, the "Manager" in charge now, seems to be interested in getting more dollars at the time of billing. Synthetic oil change was about $80 last Fall which costs over $120 now. And, she doesn't tell you upfront the 50% hike but try to sneak in at the end of the job. And, courtesy is gone. No, I will take my car to another place for the next service.

Other than not having an alternator in stock; when they did receive it, the work was done quickly. The current state of inventory issues, due to the current administration and transportation secretary, has has hampered customer satisfaction. Nice work from your service team.

The service writer had issues with me making an appointment for 10 AM online for the same day I was there, called it last minute when I asked about a loaner. Other than that, they fixed my forester, but then again that is what they do and for a lot of money.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I'm not stupid. I asked for an oil change, not for them to come to me and say I need back brakes and they could do them for $900!!!!! I know that's more than double what I can have it done for. Oh, and they would have been a little more believable if they had addressed the BRIGHT notification on my instrument panel showing I need my start/stop system serviced! Not a peep about that!!!

I went for an oil change! Picked up my vehicle drove 5 miles check engine light came on. open. The hood oil cap was never put back on oil was everywhere. On the inside of my engine. I was very upset. I didn't know what was happening to my car. Also very inconvenient to have to take it back the next Day! The only thing they did was reset the code, so the check engine light went out. Never cleaned oil out of my engine.

I always enjoy my service visits to reedman-toll. It give me time to go out to the lot and look at the new jeeps in stock. When I'm done looking I go back to waiting area for about 20 minute or so and my vehicle is ready, great service and nice people to deal with.

i needed a quick turn-around time to make it to a very important 1year old's birthday party. the service writer got me in fast, worked with the parts department and mechanic, and got the new tire replaced in record time. Consistently terrible. Horribly long waits. The advisor actually told me the appointment I had to make to come back was to see and advisor (ROTFL) and not a technician. Wait is consistently 3-4 hours. Sent me home telling me my key was fine, and it was not so now I have another visit. Just terrible, terrible service department.

All employees in the service department were great. They explained everything to me that they had to do to the car and what was covered under the warranty and what wasnt covered under the warranty and how much it would cost to fix the car They also explained to me that the extended warranty I have all parts shouldve been covered under the warranty so they did not want to pay it so I had to get an attorney involved

I don't think the women knew what she was doing. Took her over an hour to realize the part wasn't even in the building, then completely forgot to print out the service history for the car when I asked about it. She was suppose to give my email to somebody else.. but I'm guessing she never did since I didn't get the emailed file.

I came in for an oil change, filter change, and lubrication. During that work the mechanics determined that I needed a new battery. The previous battery was 6 years old and colder weather is on the way, so I also had that done. I waited at the repair shop and the job was done in about an hour. All of the personnel were helpful and pleasant, as always.
