I only had to wait a couple days before I took in my vehicle. I had good communication with the service specialist. My service was performed within the timeframe I was quoted. The cost was fair. This was much better than having to drive another 15 miles to the Mercedes dealership on the other side of town.

I understand their shop is busy in a polite sense. Then my car sat there for 5 days, they said they took 3 hours just to find some oil leak for an over-150,000-mile-old veichle, which can be identified in minutes with a torch. Using long email try to mix up things. Enogh. Took money; Did nothing.

Outstanding customer service! Was told I would need brakes and new tie rod from dealership at oil change inspection. Took the CRV into Redline and the tie rod is fine and brakes have plenty of pad material left. Was pleased with the fact I did not have unnecessary repairs done at the dealership! Redline is the place of honest customer service!
