Took my Ram Cummins Diesel to Redlands Dodge for a full service, always take it there. Plus, I had a recall notice that they took care of so I made an appointment the week before got there at 7:30 left at eight. The shuttle Van gave me a ride home. They called later that afternoon. My wife dropped me off and we were all done.Very efficient and everything they do has a 12 month warranty that's why I take it to the dealer.

Service, itself was fine. However, the settings in my instrument cluster were reset without my knowledge or my consent. Specifically, my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was deleted. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reset it.
Perhaps a change to MOSS Brothers Chrysler, Dodge Jeep can be of help next service appointment.

They are ALWAYS rude. They tell you one thing then do another. They are the only dealer near me so I refuse to go there unless I'm forced to have a recall fixed. If there was another dealer I would go there. I've dealt with this place for years and they have been the same awful.

This oil change service was great. But now my vehicle doesn't run anymore and appears unlikely to for some time. I'd like a refund of what I paid for it. Eco Diesels are lemons, you knew this before you sold it to me. The recall part is never available I've checked repeatedly.

Bad service had me waiting for a long time even when having an appt. We set up appt because we expect to be taken in at the time we are told to. It mess up my whole day with my other errands and late to work. What is the point of having an appt if their check is in hours later.

I like the fact that they clean the vehicle after working on it.
I wish the service people were more thorough. They replaced the fuse panel and main wiring harness. But failed to put all of the interior pieces back in place. Despite telling me that my car was ready to pick up, (after having it for over a week). Then I have to wait another 1/2 hour for them to put a piece they had missed, back on my car.

Except for the fact they forgot about my mobile check-in so my car just sat there for an hour and 45 minutes with no one realizing what it was therefore , once I saw it still sitting there from the waiting room I went and reminded them then they got on it after that it was a normal wait time for an oil change.

Appointment at 8:30 to have coolant checked per message center. I said I would wait. Six hours later I was given estimate just under $15,000.00 for things wrong. I took my jeep to Synders in Crestline. I had everything but AC repaired. Dealer quoted $2,700 for the work Synder performed for &1,000.00.

Redlands service is terrible! We brought our Jeep in for service for two issues. They never put one of the issues down, so when we got our Jeep back a week later, that issue wasn't fixed. This isn't the first time we've had a problem with them, but it's the last!

No Loaner vehicles. Told me to rent a car for a couple days on my own dime. Drove all the way home then called 6 hours later and said its done. I could have just sat down there and waited and saved myself the rental car hassle. Now i have to submit to Chrysler for reimbursement. 3 star because the vehicle was repaired and so far so good.

I love the service I get at the Redland Auto Plaza, they are always kind and curtious. They take the time to help me understand what is beiing done to my Jeep and everything that I might need for it to run great. They also help me to understand what may or may not be something I can put off till later.

Recall issue was resolved. The courtesy driver was amazing as usual. In the past 8 years its always been a very good experience all around however this time the service bay agent was rude, condescending and insulting. IF I ever return I willl request someone else, however right now Im still upset as how I was treated. Very sad because I love my Renegade.

Superb service. Very competent and knowledgeable technicians. Extra services such as free snacks, WI-FI, internet service, comfortable waiting area, playroom for kids, big screen TV for customers, nice cafe machine, water bowl for your pets, and they always keep you up to date on your car's progress. If they had to replace a part, they give you the old one for examination. Truly the best service center ever.
