Red Rock KIA's service dept is excellent. Service writer knowledgeable and professional. Mechanics are competent (I've used them exclusively for the last five years) and reliable. Personal treatment excellent as well.

I just bought a new 2025 kia sportage x-line. It was nice but long experience. Took all day to negotiate the sell price of my car but ended up leasing instead. They answered all of my questions and wee very kind and even gave is sandwhichs. While we were waiting.

I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced at Red Rock Kia. Overall, the service was good. However, the brakes have been squealing very badly ever since. I took the car back to them and they told me to take it to a carwash to wash off the brake dust. I've been to the carwash five times, and the brakes are still squealing very badly.

I made an appointment and my car was taken in right away. Mechanics are very nice and helpful. I was told that tire rotation is no longer part of the lifetime oil change and cost $20. I wasn't expecting to pay for anything. Of course, my cabin filter was dirty, (always!). I brought my own, but they were gonna charge $80 ro install it. I watched s video and did it myself

Before, my vehicle was checked out, and I was informed on what was needed and cost. I was then asked if I wanted these things done at that time. The last 2 times, I have had to go home and find it out on the internet what is needed. Not good Thank you

ALWAYS receive first-class service at RR KIA. Have taken my Sportage only there since moving to Fruita six years ago. NEVER have had a maintenance issue after service. ALWAYS treated pleasantly by competent people who act as if you are there only priority. THANK YOU!

Brian and Leon again, took great care of my car and family. The staff at Red Rock Kia have treated me with the greatest respect. Our son is autistic and they have made him a part of the team, where no one else has. Its because of these attributes I keep spending my hard earned money.

My wife took the car in for scheduled service this time. I informed her of what needed to be done or checked. She reported to me later that the service department did and checked everything in a timely and professional manner. She was very happy with Kia's service department. Of course, I am happy too.

Courtesy & information provided were excellent. Would have been happier if the recall issue could have been handled - when I bought the Kona from the Kia dealer, I was told all service would be provided at Red Rock Kia. I wouldn't have minded if offered vacuuming also. I'm old & vacuumning is HARD!

Service manager was very helpful and professional. I was able to take my car in and had them work on it without an appointment. I have lost all credibility with Kia. The engine burns oil and fouls plugs so you lose power. This is a safety issue. Kia needs to accept responsibility and replace the engine.
