Did not refill wiper fluid as stated. Contacted customer service with no response. Car service was completed, car parked. However I waited 20 - 25 minutes and finally asked if I could be checked out. Waited another five minutes before I was finally checked out and given keys.

Car needed alignment after getting new tires. Tire shop said it couldn't fix an alignment issue on my rear right wheel. So I brought it to Honda. Red Rock Honda fixed the issue and my car is now in perfect alignment now. Makes a big difference when drive now!

Stan, my service guy, always goes above and beyond to make sure all my car concerns are addressed in addition to regularly scheduled maintenance. Service went smoothly! Mechanics are thorough, and my car always runs better after a visit to Red Rock Honda.

They did the job but 1.5 hours for an oil change that was scheduled and then always you need $500 worth of other maintenance The waiting room has not been updated in 15 years and doesn't have enough chairs and was dirty. Bathroom out of paper towels. I have to forward my email for the special Honda sent me. Ithey got the job done but. At least they finally put my name on the recall list that came out over a year ago.

Great service, my only inconvenience is that twice now parts that I need have not been in stock. With all the electrical extras my Honda is much more expensive to keep on the road then my two previous Civics.

Excellent work, but the car didn't go into the shop until an hour after my appt. Recall on fuel pump was replaced and they found problem I had with car was because of malfunctioning forward camera. It has been ordered.

They did a great job! It was the factory recall on the rear camera harness (took the Honda company about 2 years to get the parts made). The local Honda shop got my car in on time, and didn't take forever to get the work done:)
