I like making an appointment to get an oil change and the courteous and friendly service representative that checked me in as I drove in. I don't like paying for something i don't want or need like a tire rotation. Please offer just an oil change and service without the rotation.

My check engine light was on. I took it down. It was on a weekend so I didn't find out till Monday what was wrong. But they fixed it Monday and they got me a Lyft ride back and forth. Which is great because I wasn't able to get a ride. My extended warranty covered everything but $21.

Car wasn't vacuumed. Windshield washer fluid was empty and cap was missing. This is the second time a piece from my car was missing and last time they charged me to replace it. Coolant was also empty. I can only hope the things I can't see were actually done. I spent $800 on service and have no confidence in. Walmart level service at dealership prices. I won't be back.

This was a routine oil change with tire rotation. I did have an issue with a tire that was recommended to be replaced which I agreed to. Red River Chevrolet has a good service department and always takes care of my car. My Service Advisor, Paige M. is always knowledgeable and is my "go to" person when I need service.

On the downside, My Chevy App indicates my oil life is at 27% even though I just had the oil changed. It should read near 100%.
