While the service of washing and detailing the car is listed as a service on this notice, this was never performed as it always was. The service manager was a bit rude in saying they do not do that, which they always did before. I recommend them for service but always liked that they did a car wash and detail as part of the service. Don't list it if you aren't going to do it!

Hello, We should, as a matter of company policy, wash every car that comes in for service. Unless our equipment is broken or other technical problem like below freezing temps, we should always wash your car. They did not offer a "Loaner car" even though they had our car for 8 days. There was no effort to make accommodations and the smugness of the staff was intolerable - it was as if they assumed we didn't have another alternative and were beholden to them so we just have to deal.

Charged $54.00 to remove wheel lock. Then when I asked to have my Fob battery replaced wanted and additional $6. Then suggested I get a new Fob for $450 because the existing Fob had bent prongs where the battery is placed. The removal of the wheel locks is a 10 minute job at best. It should have been done as a courtesy because Red Bank Volvo is where I bought the vehicle. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.
