This car dealership charges multiple fees for diagnostics. Then they made an error in the diagnosis and had to charge us another 400.00 fee and did not fix all of the problems so we are needing to now bring the car back. How much money will they charge to look it again? They kept our car several days and never bothered to contact us when they were finished working on it. Then they parked it in the driveway where everyone could see all the junk in the back of my husband's truck. Terrible service. I will not take our cars there again.

Rude people like Ruby and Adam and poor service! Very slow. Unable to properly diagnose or fix issues. Wont honor Fords warranty. Adam interrupts customers and wont listen. Wont ever go back to Razzari ford service or sales now.
