Great service. But went in with one tire monitor working. Got my tires rotated. Went to check my tire pressure afterwards. And now have no working tire monitors. Had one replaced last year. When I bought four new tires. I have not had a chance to contact service about this issue yet.

Service was excellent Friendly and efficient as well. My only problem was that I was told when I set up the appointment, that parts were available for the recall that is open. They were not! It requires another visit that is an hour away form my home.

Matt was very helpful. When I asked how long it would be they said they were pretty busy and it was going to take an hour and 40 minutes to have the service done. They were able to get the service done in less than an hour, and I was on my way I was very happy with my experience dealing with Matt. Not thrilled that they said they had resolved the issue after an hour plus wait, only to have the same warning light come back on 10 miles after departing dealership. Return to wait another hour plus to find out they couldn't fix it then and had to return a third to time, a week later to finally have the warranty issue resolved.

I was less than satisfied with my previous visit where I was charged a service fee but they didn't make any repairs. I wrote a letter to the Service Manager and he promptly responded eager to make things right. He had me bring my car back in, they made the repair with no additional charge, and took a short ride with me to ensure I was satisfied. Raymond Chevrolet Service Department gives their best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, I received correspondence and they took care of me and my vehicle. This is the first time I've had this sort of issue, so I am counting it as a one off. They did not ensure that my oil drain was properly put back on. I've been going there for 5 years and more than half of my visits result in me coming back to have them fix somethjng silly. This time they did not put my valve stem back on. But in the past they not re set my tire censors among many other things. I would not recommend going there.

They have punch cards that supposedly get you a free oil change after you get all the punches but they wouldn't honor it. **** Update: **** The service department wasn't aware that the cards could be redeemed for a different vehicle than they were punched for. The service guy who took care of us was very dismissive and not helpful as to figuring out what was actually wrong with our vehicle. We even have a warranty and he refused to use it to check and see what the actual problem was. My husband was very frustrated and annoyed that he was being talked down to like he didn't know what was going on. Not sure we'll be using your dealership anymore.
