Jerry was very aggressive when we asked for communication regarding the finance person. We waited for over 2 hours to sign paperwork on a cash deal when we were told over and over again "it'll be quick". Second terrible experience at raymond kia and will never be buying a car there again. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

They did not ensure that my oil drain was properly put back on. I've been going there for 5 years and more than half of my visits result in me coming back to have them fix somethjng silly. This time they did not put my valve stem back on. But in the past they not re set my tire censors among many other things. I would not recommend going there.

They have punch cards that supposedly get you a free oil change after you get all the punches but they wouldn't honor it. **** Update: **** The service department wasn't aware that the cards could be redeemed for a different vehicle than they were punched for. Raymond reached out to me to say the service department has been made aware and made things right. Thank you for following up and following through!

The service guy who took care of us was very dismissive and not helpful as to figuring out what was actually wrong with our vehicle. We even have a warranty and he refused to use it to check and see what the actual problem was. My husband was very frustrated and annoyed that he was being talked down to like he didn't know what was going on. Not sure we'll be using your dealership anymore.

technician didn't find the problem, let alone fix it. plus i had to call them for updates. issue still exists! this is the 2nd time i've brought this vehicle in for service (different problems) and neither trip was anything "fixed"! i'm not impressed to say the least...

They did a good job on the vehicle but the communication was poor! There was no call, text or e-mail letting me know the status on when the car would be finished. I had to call at 6:15pm to see if or when the car would be finished and was told that it would not be ready until the next day!

Setting up the appointment was easy and quick for a same day appointment. The service writer kept me informed. The service tech was able to diagnose, fix the problem/update software, and test drive to ensure the codes did not come back. Total time was less than an hour.

Came in for hopefully what was a few small updates, got them accomplished timely and found a faulty pump that shorted out, and was luckily replaced very easily, even asked them to get the Oil change done as well. Carlie was very sweet on making sure my time wasn't wasted while i was waiting. She even asked if they could wash it. Loved it.

What I didn't like is I spent 30,000 dollars on a truck tire pressure sensor were not working before I bought it they were supposed to fix it brought it to them once to fix they said they fixed it lasted a week and stopped working a week later I bring it and they charge me $220.00 dollars to fix it witch I think should off been fixed the first time not happy

Raymond auto techs do quality work - I brought a warranty issue to them that the poor installation of my sunroof weather strip was installed incorrectly by Woody GMC (stay away from them!)
