Service was done quickly and was done for the quoted cost. My only issue is that it is a process trying to talk to someone in service. Not once have I been transferred to service or a specific service representative and have actually talked to a live person. I have had to leave messages and then I have to pray someone calls back. It's much easier to drive to the dealership, walk into service and make an appointment.
