Service was done quickly and was done for the quoted cost. My only issue is that it is a process trying to talk to someone in service. Not once have I been transferred to service or a specific service representative and have actually talked to a live person. I have had to leave messages and then I have to pray someone calls back. It's much easier to drive to the dealership, walk into service and make an appointment.

Only bad thing to say is my vehicle was to be done on Friday and pick up on Saturday. Called several times to make sure it was done and no answer. Turns out it wasn't done and never got a call to tell me it wasn't done. And I say that cause I live almost 2 hours away. Other then that all is good
