After fining out that the "key" socket adapter was never included with out vehicle purchase in Jan 2025, whe had to return to the dealer for a second time in order for them to rotate our tires, part of the service contract. I then find out that they charged us for the rotation. Not a large amount, but a charge just the same. Had they done their job at the time of sale, my time as well as theirs would not have been wasted.

Change of oil and check brake light. Low fluid causing brake light to stay on. In and out about 1 hour. Everyone nice. Waiting room clean. Mr. Pearman on hand meeting customers in service department. Only gripe - I'm handicapped and the women's bathroom door is hard to open and handle my walker at the same time.
