I am giving the dealership one start, but I would give a zero or negative rating if I could... The car was nice, though, but everything else... The ignorance and arrogance of these "salesmen" went far beyond my wildest imagination. I have been struggling with the registration since the day the deal was closed, I still am. The negotiation process resembled that notorious scene from the "Fargo" movie in all tiny details. After the closing they screwed up in every possible aspect (except maybe setting up my iPhone) yet they wouldn't accept any responsibility for their mistakes, just kept making promises to break them, the circle was repeating over and over.
Bottomline - I would have rolled back the entire deal if I could!
