They then gave me a ride home and came back for me when all was completed and surprised me with the recall airbag replacement at the same time. Service was provided as expected and he didn't try to falsely sell me services on my vehicle that wasn't needed which has happened to me before by other service riders and made me not want to return. First of all the mileage listed is incorrect (approx. 107,000). They had the truck for a week and did not complete the services that were promised. Their communication is horrid. The sales rep., Gunter does not have a clue what customer service means once he has a vehicle sold. Intend to not ever take my business back to Randy Marion of Statesville!

My air conditioner began blowing air warmer than I felt it had been doing. I was found that an air conditioner hose had a slight leak. These hoses are like high pressure hydraulic hoses. The work was done professionally, and my air conditioner is functioning as it had before. I thought the performed service, close to $900, was a bit pricey but what isn't these days.
