I like that this business is owned by Craig and his wife.
I went for an oil change. Craig did the job in a timely and efficient way.
He checked the tires and since I didn't drive much he felt they were in good shape.
I will continue to take my business to Randall.

Craig was honest and efficient. He told me the costs of all of the items I inquired about. The office manager was also so friendly and helpful. The itemized lists included the part and labor costs which I appreciated very much. Craig changed my oil quickly and I was out in no time. I so appreciate knowing that Randall's is a place that won't price gouge and will be up front and honest about any work I need done. I'll definitely return.

Repair was a little past warranty, but Craig was able to get new replacement parts. My cost $0.00. Repair was completed within 90 minutes. Whole experience was excellent as always.

I had an oil change at Randall. The woman in the reception area was very nice. The area was very clean. There were nice chairs to sit in while I waited.
The gentleman that changed my oil was efficient and knew what he as doing. I was very pleased with the service.
I tried Randall because I read good reviews about them. I will be going there again when I need work done on my car.

Craig is efficient at maintaining appointments, I was in and out as scheduled. He also does a great job of keeping me informed about my vehicle, details of what hes done, and any concerns so we can plan and schedule that as well. I like having Craig do my oil change, tune up and tire rotations- because I know my car will run smoothly and steering is tight. Can always count on him for honest and accurate information at a fair price.

I just took my car to get an estimate for some work I need done. Very polite and professional. Plan to take my car back for them to do the work for me. I really love how they take pictures of the problem, and give you copies as well. To me that is honesty!!!
