I had the works done at never even checked my tire pressure and had oil change and never reset my car and I had to wait for them to do it. And they put 38 lbs in my tires and it only supposed to be 36 lbs. Wonder if works was even worth $85.00. when you have to tell them what to do!!!

Ramey has lied about servicing my truck. They refused to honor a recall that was to be performed on my truck. I had to pay out of pocket for the recall part and the repairs at another repair shop. I use to love Ramey's but they cheated me this time and I will never go back. I have recently bought two new trucks and different dealerships. Ramey dropped the ball very badly this time.
