At prior visit was told brakes were in good range in just a little over 1000 miles it had cut into my rotors and had to replaced along with pads. T h ey had damaged a lugnut at the last visit and wanted me to pay for their mistake. Bad enough I listened to their mechanic on my brakes and it cost me over $400. Customer service rep. Was rude.

Service was excellent as usual by the Ramey staff. My Jeep was in for a trouble light that came on and went off before I could get it to the appointment. They repaired/replaced the batteries under warranty and could not find any issue with the light as they could not duplicate the process. All around good service from this crew as they found at least one issue I was unaware of.

They were to perform oil change and tire rotation and the invoice said they did. I got home and noticed that the front tire that had a previous scratch on the front rim was still on the front. Went back and they admitted that they had not done the rotation.

They did not fix the problem I went in for they compared the sound of my truck with another truck sound and that is just unacceptable sorry mechanic didn't want to do his job so truck is still doing the same thing lifters ares rattling at startup and under a load when towing

I reviewed the claim in question. I spoke to my certified Ram technician. Vehicle was properly diagnosed. No trouble codes found. Technician followed all proper steps according to Ram. Vehicle was operating as designed at that time.

I arrived on time and because the repair was going to take some time, one of the office people drove me back to my house. She returned the next day to bring me back to my vehicle. The needed repair occurred about a month after the warranty expired and Ramey was very fair with the cost.

Less than two hours from leaving the dealership for regular maintenance, the vehicle broke down and left me stranded. After I had the vehicle towed, the dealership was unapologetic and noncommittal regarding repairing the vehicle. Said it may take a week or more before they could look at it. Its my only vehicle and critical for dependable transportation. Had trusted this dealership and been a loyal customer for decades.
