The initial contact started out very good however after the purchase was made there was confusion regarding the transfer of license plate versus new plates which was the dealership error... Additionally once I picked up the car I got very little assistance on how to use and manage the display and various other features... I felt that I was being rushed to take the car and leave.

Service manager Scott was very professional and efficient. Service completed when promised. I was kept up to date with progress of service including a video. Lots of expensive service recommended for a 16 year old Camry with 103K miles. May have to get accomplished elsewhere.

I went to get my vehicle serviced tire pressure light was on they charged me $23 and some change went to Georgia next day light continued to come on and message from Lexus saying my tire pressure was low. Took care to Lexus couple day later they said all tires had low pressure. Very disappointed will not go back

The only thing I did not understand about this visit was why I was charged 50% for the replacement battery which was a seven-year battery which I was informed was 100% covered in the first two years, and after that was prorated if a replacement was needed. I looked it up and my old battery was 2 years, 4 months, 3 weeks, 5 days or 878 days old. How is the prorata portion calculated? Thank you.
