The service itself was excellent. Katie is excellent and always expedites my Rallye service experience. My only issue was that my car was returned with bird droppings over the hood and trunk. It was disgusting and I cannot believe the people in service would let a car be released in such a condition!! I needed to ask the valet to have the car washed and I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes or so to get my car back.

Fast service. They replace my broken windshield and calibrated the sensors that were affected. The work was completed on time as promised .The process to repair my car was explained to me in language I understood. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to have my car serviced here again.

Rallye is always so thorough and they prioritize both safety and service. They're great with addressing your concerns and bringing up anything new they find or upcoming services we might want to take care of the same visit. We usually see Ken but he was not available and Romeiro was extremely helpful too.

Always an excellent service experience. Every member of the staff -- from the tech who checks you in, to the receptionist, to the person who takes care of your loaner -- is courteous, helpful, gracious, and knowledgeable. Best of all is my service coordinator, Rob Carlson, who always goes out of his way to make the experience the best from start to finish. The Rallye Service team is, far and away, the best part of the the dealership.

Stephen Augustine was very personable and professional. I was interested in purchasing two products, and not sure if they were available. Stephen listened to what I wanted to do and said he would check on availability of the products. After checking, he followed-up with me very quickly and we were able to complete the transaction for one of the products (the other was not available).

Everything worked out w ell. I was very happy with Ramiro's help as he took over for Kenny V. until his return. I would like to keep my car going because of having to drive it into the city. A new Mercedes in NYC is not advisable until we get a new mayor who cracks down on the crime and quality of life like Bloomberg did.

Brought my car in on friday 1/24/25 for new brakes and transmission service, only to have check engine light come on this morning as i was going to go to work. Not even 2 weeks since i brought the car in and now i have to bring it back in. This is also after bring the car in for inspection on 12/27/24. Not very convenient.

We had an issue with the engine the night before with a check engine alert. Rallye was able to fit us in the next morning to drop off the car even though they were fully booked. They were able to diagnose the issue due to bad gas and resolved the issue the day after. They even picked up my wife to the shop so I didn't have to be around to pick up the car. Top service all around. Thank you Rallye!

My service advisor Robert Carlson is always such a pleasure to deal with. I think he's the only service advisor Ive ever trusted & he's certainly proven to be true to his word. The valets are also very nice. Excellent place for service & they care for your vehicle as they should.

I've been to the Rallye Motors on Northern Blvd and dealt with the same salesman, Stephen A, if I'm not mistaken. Delightful gentleman, pleasant and personable. The loaner was ready when i arrived. I got a video of the service! The tech explained all his findings. My service rep (Rob Carlson) is excellent. He send a progress report of what they were doing on the car and when it would be complete.i got my car back clean and on time.
