I could not get to the dealer until the weekend I told them on Wednesday I had a check in hand and they wanted a 1000.dollor deposit. I also send them a copy of the check with the vin number on it. I was 99% sure I was going to buy the car but I'm not leaving that much of a deposit nonrefundable to talk to someone on top of the car being over 2 hour away

Again, the sales person well versed about the car and very polite, and prompt returning my call. I also waited too long making a purchase decision. Both vehicles were exactly what I was searching for. Next time will not wait. (Had to do with customs forms return cycle for export to Canada). Purchase, then complete paperwork.

Overall great staff, no one will try to oversell you. The process is fast and easy, even for trade-ins. Highly recommend having your loan preapproval if needed to speed up the process. The tricks on the cars, what you see online is exactly what's at the lot. The admin office is very small, not enough to handle more than 2 customers at a time.
