Besides oil changes the crew is very knowledgeable in auto repair. I've had my brakes replaced in two cars and they did an awesome job. I was having problems with my fuel injectors on my 2003 dodge ram and had it worked on at another repair shop and it wasn't fixed. Took it to Rain Forest and they fixed it and it's still working fine after 2 years.

I just got my oil changed and vehicle serviced LAST WEEK but my oil life is at 20%, my service due soon light just came on and there is no sticker on my windshield to advise when my next oil change is due. I feel like they did something wrong to my car instead of service it!

I spent a lot more money than I was planning and they didn't offer any financing options which made it really difficult for me. You don't pull into a shop for an oil change and inspection thinking you drive away spending 2k. I appreciate their honesty and transparency (the tech Will was very kind and respectful.)

They were nice but tended to certain customers more than others. I told them I needed air in my tire and they overfilled the tire causing it to bust open. Now I have to replace the tire which is an unexpected expense. I got a few things done on my car and they washed it and cleaned the inside for free which was nice. I did spend $300 there but prices are better than other shops.

not happy....was told oil and filter change with total synthetic oil would be seventy two dollars and it was 97.00. When i asked they said extra oil and special filter....i asked why didnt they say something about that when they quoted the price and the guy said he forgot.....BS...I called the dealer and they were seventy one dollars, same service....also said nothing special about the filter.....I WONT BE BACK.....EVER!!!!!!

The service person was very abrasive and short with me. Although he told me it would be twenty to thirty minutes, it was well over an hour and I had to ask for my vehicle. Since you get a free wash, they did not include it and I also had to ask for it too. Furthermore, the waiting room ceiling has serious water rot with possible mold damage.

There were a couple things I had a problem with. Although I was there ahead of other customers, their cars was serviced 1st. Second, it took an hour to get my car washed. It's black and sat after the wash and dried in the sun. Use to be a regular customer. Disappointed, I don't understand the change
