Had a flat tire, they took time out of their busy schedule to fix my flat tire and let me use a loaner car and got me back on the road. They are a business that has definitely been there for awhile.
The mechanic is obviously treated well because of the quality of his/hers work.
Prices, eh,well it depends, it's best to say what you have to spend.
The lot is clear when they are closed and they are not a issue in the neighborhood.
Time getting the work done is not long at all.
Overall it will certainly be worth the money for the vehicle.

Fastest oil change ever. New filter oil . I wanted a point check and because it was so fast Im sure the point check wasn't completed. Did talk about future car on spark plugs and serpentine. Not sure Ill return.

Up until now, your service has been top-notch. Now I question that. I bring my car to you on my visit before this one and tell you that It's leaking coolant. You do a pressure test and find no leaks. So you conclude, what, that I probably didn't know what I was talking about. Because you never further explored my request. Now I have an expensive bill for this visit because it was leaking coolant all along. Think you.

The usual satisfaction with Rad Air service as our relationship goes back over 25 years and various vehicles. Rob Marflak the service manager of the Pearl Road facility knows automobile serviceing bumper to bumper and keeps abreast with new developments in servicing and the mechanics of new vehicles. I couldn't label Rad Air's total care anything other than top notch and excellant.

Catalytic converter went. This shop didnt even investigate the actual reason as to why the converter failed; they just tried to get me to install a new converter, knowing full well that the unresolved issue (a leaking gasket) would cause the new one to fail later.

Work was done in a timely manner. Vehicle was returned to me in the same condition in which I left it. I say this Cuz in the past I usually get it back with grease or dirt on the interior. Not with RadAir. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Just wish that the mechanic that showed me the motor oil to me before starting and finishing the oil change, just to personally acknowledge that the product that I requested was used.. Also they could've given me a greater discount since I bought my own oil filter...
