I liked that my brakes were fixed. Devon the driver who took me home and picked me up was an excellent driver and conversational. The manager took time to understand what the problem was. I hated the fact that brakes needed to be "fixed" after I put 200 miles on my X Line Kia Sportage. Justice, went out of his way to assist with an appointment.

They were accommodating to make an appointment for an oil change. With that said they did not top off the fluids and added too much oil. The oil was over the full line on the dipstick. And then they try to nickel and dime you on services that they feel necessary like cleaning and testing the fuel injectors and cleaning the throttle body etc.

There is no parking and no direction of where to go. Very unpleasant reception area. There are a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. They repair was done in a reasonable amount of time but the other two requests were ignored. I will more than likely go to a different dealer when I need further repairs.

My CAR was taken in for service for oil change and tire rotation and a recall inspection. Service Tech was great and explained the procedures.
My only complaint was they could not do the tire rotation because they could not remove the right rear tire due the wheel lock being stripped wanted $267. to remove it. It took me less than 10 minutes to do it myself. ???????

Car was in a lot and not prepped. before showing. Leaves and stains on front of car. Windshield was waterstained.
Worked with me for financing. Brought the car to me then showed me the functions on way back to dealership. I had a 2012, so lots of new to learn.

The sales manager insulted my intelligence by doubling my interest rate. Then I showed them my numbers with an online calculator, he kept his stance. That's when I got my keys back and left. Will never recommend this dealer for anything.
