I had comprehensive 60k preventive maintenance on our 2017 Lexus GX460. As always, Rick was thorough and accomodating while scheduling me in. the work was done promptly as promised. there were no leftover fluid drips or interior smudge marks. while i was not in the waiting area very long, it was clean and comfortable. i highly recommend RPM.

Tech at RPM didn't completely secure my undercarriage cover causing it to drop and drag underneath my vehicle as I traveled out of town. Of course nothing was done about it and I have to pay for a new cover and have it installed. From the dealership from on though. Lesson learned!
