RPM does a terrific job both with people and cars. I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out quickly. We have used RPM for other repairs, too, and they get the repair done quickly, at a fair price, and correct the first time.

They did everything they could to get a part for my car. But they could not find one due to the part no longer being available. I decided to sell the car and they let me keep it on the property until I could get all the paperwork together. They could not have been nicer.

As always a fair price for quality work. The Dealership almost took me for over 1k on an expensive parts and to many hours repair. It was my 1st newer car and I was a little taken back by parts cost. Spoke with RPM put my big boy head back on and ended up with an upgraded vehicle for 1k less!

Great people. Wife was on deployment and I needed an oil change. My wife happened to Skype me while I was waiting. they pulled me aside and let me use their break room and they kept their own employees out so my wife and I could have some privacy. That alone e while your spouse is on deployment is amazing to me. as long as we are in Jax we will be taking all our cars to them.

service was great i was a walk in and was out in 30 min oil changed and tires rotated while my wife was on deployment i was on Skype with her and they offered me their break room so i could spend quality time with her while they were working on our car and they kept all employees out for us
