I was able to get my car's oil changed and a tire patched with a reasonable wait and for a reasonable price. Also, the quality of the patch has been quite good as my tire is no longer losing air.

Simple service, but I trust them. I have had experiences were another shop told me I needed something only to find that it was not necessary yet (brakes). They may be a little more expensive, but they are well worth it in the money saved by not doing things to soon or at all.

This is the only place I have service done on my vehicle. I am overall happy with the RPM franchise, but the service at the avenues location has always been excellent.
Due to a recall, I had service at a Toyota dealership recently. I was very unhappy with the service, and I am glad that no further recall work or warranty work needs to be done, so that I can go back to RPM at the Avenues.

My first time at this shop. I wanted them to check my SUV for an engine noise. They gave me a complete fact sheet on the problem so I could go back to my dealer with a second overview. My dealer then changed their course of action and repaired my SUV.
