The repair took longer than expected, but RM Motor Werks had good communication with me and made every effort to provide good service, even making some small repairs without charge, because of the extra time needed. These are car guys for sure, I have an Alpha Romeo but there were Supras, Camaros, Mercedes and Maserati in the parking lot. They understand cars.

I have used RM Motor Werks routinely over the last couple of years. The team there is great - they are pleasant and helpful with explaining the dark depths of car issues, and do a good job communicating diagnostic information. They are also resonably priced - and anyone with a German car knows that its vital to find a good mechanic who is NOT at a dealer!
