I had to wait 2 hours to complete the documentation. The sales rep started with another customer after I had an appointment with him. Also, the deal we made over the phone was changed after I arrived. The leather/paint coverage was removed and I was forced to finance, although I wanted to pay cash. The representative that finally helped me, Roman was conscientious.

I don't feel my service advisor was attentive to my vehicles' nor my needs. I feel they performed a rush job on my vehicle causing me to return 2 days later for the same issue! Dealerships and auto shops charge high prices for labor and then do poor quality work! I am usually pleased with my services from RBM but this was not the case this time!

Charged me over $700 for what should have been a 2 minutes job. Then when checking my center screen, which was working on and off, wanted to charge me about $1500 to install a new cable and when I said no now the screen stopped working completely after I left the garage. VERY INTERESTING COINCIDENCE!!! I will never go back if I can avoid it in any way!

RBM is great communicating. Love having a loaner similar to my car. My only disappointment was that my car had not been washed when I arrived, thinking I'd be driving right out. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes or so. Other than that, everyone is very professional and helpful.

It was a very good experience. The only unanswered question involved the automatic breaking. We asked for them to look into it and the only comment on the receipt was that there were no error codes. That was an incomplete answer.
