Service working didn't try to start my car when beginning service. I was charge for a diagnostics service which I didn't need. When I my car got delivered there. I received call from the secretary on the behalf of the shop. I told her what my car was doing and that information was not delivered to the mechanics working my car. Now because of that it cause other problems.

Hello Mr. Lane sorry for what seems to be a misunderstanding on your behalf. In order for us to determined your vehicles fault we must complete a diagnostics which indeed is a charge for that service. Once the tow got your vehicle here it would not crank. Once the technician was able to determine the no crank issue our service advisor contacted you to discuss those repairs which you approved . Once the cranking issue was resolved the tech was then able to determined that your vehicle had a blown head gasket. Our service advisor wrote up a quote which you denied repairs. So we actually fixed the no cranking issue and I can assure you it was nothing we could have done to cause your head gasket to be blown. Once again sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thankfully they were able to get my car in and out in one day which was extremely helpful! Just not sure my $50 deductable reduction was added as my husband picked up the car at the 5pm hr and did not ask why we were charged the whole $150 deduction rate ... car is running wonderfully.
