14,000$ and car still makes the same noises that were supposed to be fixed they rush the car out and do a terrible job 3 alignments in two months did front end work tie rod came loose. They throw parts at the car and then continue to "check what we did" which is the wrong repair or didn't fully repair it either way 14,000$ for a car to come back in the same condition is a horrible way to do business find a mechanic not a playground!

What I didn't like was they didn't communicate with me that my radiator should be changed. When I arrived to pick my car up I smelled the fluid. So when they replace my low beam bulb for me that's when the mechanics told Mr Tim that my radiator eventually going to have to be changed. They should have noticed that during the diagnosed procedure. Other than that fuse tires is a good place to go.

Could keep customer updated when waiting for service to begin - number in line to have vehicle serviced. After 1/2 hour I had to ask "how much longer?" Afterward someone came, got the car, and I was out the door within 5 minutes.

The tech left Greece all over the upholstery on the driver's side seat and door. It was a mess. I told the manager and he came out then went inside and got a cleaning product. It cleaned up very nicely.
The next time I go there I will ask them to check the car and make sure it's clean before they return it to me.

Pugh's was recommended to me by my real estate lady. I have had service from Pugh's three times now and they work quickly, they ask questions and tell everything that needs to be done and then what they've accomplished. The guys, Coby and Jimmy, are friendly and mannerly. By the "Hello!" a customer receives, I am sure the rest of the employees are just as nice. This is my go-to place now for anything involving my car.

Jimmy was really helpful from start to finish when it came to my car needs. He was super nice, empathetic, and professional. I just wish that Richard, who was also great, had some help since he seems to be the only CarMax service provider in Greenville, which made my service wait time longer. Overall, I would recommend services at Pughs. Really nice guys.

I was prepared to buy two new tires because one went flat. Instead he said we can fix this and you have over 20,000 miles on both of these tires and the ones in the back are new. What an awesome experience anybody else would have tried to sell me 2 new tires
