As always, the service at Pugh's is efficient, reasonably priced and complete. Even a simple oil change includes a comprehensive service review. Moreover they never suggest extra services that are not truly needed. They are technically excellent and totally trustworthy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in to have tires checked for leaks, fluids checked or top off. Took care of tire pressures. They brought out samples of fluids. Even though transmission fluid look ok had a great price on service. Recommended other items which I will be back for in the future.

I came to Pugh's because they were recommended by a friend. It was a great recommendation! Pugh's handled my state inspection quickly and courteously. Called to see if the tires I needed were in stock and they were. I was told I could come right in and they should be finished with it in two hours. The actual time required was slightly over an hour and thirty minutes. I was very pleased with the professionalism I received from Troy during the entire process. I highly recommend them for the services provided at reasonable prices.

My wait time was excessively long. Much longer than what they quoted. They don't take appointments, so I guess this is what it will be every time I need tires rotated. And they said I have to have them rotated every 5K miles it voids the warranty. I think next time I need tires, I'll try to find a shop that takes appointments.
