Only complaint would be that it took nearly an hour and a half to get back to the dealership to pick up my car due to the service driver having stopped somewhere else when we were almost back to Burk to pick up someone else and then had to wait for that person to join us. I lost a lot of time on my workday messing with that.

I had an oil change appointment for 9:30 AM. I brought the car in at 9 AM. I walked next door for breakfast. When I came back at 11 AM they had not started working on my car. They finished my oil change at 12:30. Unacceptable.

They always do great work but it takes a LONG time. Almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That made me 30 minutes late picking up my granddaughter from school. They are also slowly pricing themselves out of my ability to pay. A bit over $240 for the service. I'm retired and on a fixed income. I have to watch every dollar.

When I was told at the day of my purchase I asked to have a second key to have two keys instead of just one. They said it would take nearly the whole day to accomplish their task. I was impressed that within 2 hours the dealership called and said it was complete and I could pick the vehicle up from the shop. Great job Pruitt FORD.

Loved the fast and responsive service! They didnt try to up sale me on the stuff that I didnt need. He did inform me of the recommended service and asked if I had accomplished it myself. No pressure, I did the recommended service thru them, because it was about the same price for me to buy and install. Great service, great attitude! Will use them and more so Darren again.

Met by the service writer almost before I turned off the engine. I had a complete lube service plus a pre-trip vehicle inspection to make sure everything was okay. Vehicle was complete in about an hour. Other than greasy hand prints on my freshly washed vehicle, no complaints.
