I liked the speed of oil change and tire rotation. I didn't like leaving my truck @9am for abs problems and by 4 pm they hadn't even started on the problem I took it to them. Also I had to make an 9am appointment for that problem. Needless to say they didn't get to the original problem.

Prothro, specifically the body shop, is fantastic. I took my 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in for some repairs from a hit and run. It took about 8 weeks to get in, and then only about three weeks to complete the work. The work on the Driver side and front bumper is great work and a perfect match to the color. I highly recommend them.

It took a while to get all the parts to repair my car. Had to replace all lifters and cam shaft. This is not an uncommon failure with these cars with displacement on demand engines. GM should step up and make it right to people who have payed to have these failure prone parts replaced.
