I was able to get my car inspected the same day after calling three other places first! The pricing was upfront and the service was excellent with a fair price for same-day service. Shannon was super helpful and nice. The mechanics showed me exactly what was wrong with my car without me even having to ask. I definitely plan to go back to Protech even though I live 90+ miles away.

Great folks. They offer rides home for you don't need to wait hours for your vehicle. Also will pick you back up when your service is done on vehicle. Driver is friendly to talk to on ride. The few times I have had my car serviced the issue was fixed properly. It's worth driving a little further to have car serviced at Protech. Also have a nice waiting area if you need to wait a bit for car.

I hate it when you go to an auto shop, whether its a dealer or privately owned, for one thing then get sold for others. It was so refreshing to not encounter that with Protech Auto care. I dropped my car off rather than stay and wait. I was provided regular updates on my car via text. Everyone I encountered was so friendly too.

This is my second time going to Protech for repairs to my Kia Soul. I had an issue with my electrical system and barely made it to the location at midnight the night before. Convenient envelope and key drop box as well as online scheduling were key to getting repairs and regular maintenance done. I only hope the alternator and battery were actually replaced and not just checked because I paid for both and it is not listed here.
