Staff is prompt and the service department offers complementary shuttle and drop off if the service is expected to take a while. Then next time you're waiting at a different dealership or scrambling to find a ride to/from, just remember you could have scheduled it at Prosper Ford.

I had walked in with my financing already in place. No need to run my credit. I asked for the out the door price so I could get that over and get the transfer to the dealership. I was being pushed to let the dealer run my credit, and asked several times. Didn't feel like I was going to be able to make a deal with Pascal. So I left and shopped elsewhere. Not the only dealer with a vehicle to sell.

I am not a easy going and trusting customer and Proper Ford was able to convince me that I could relax. All of the associates I met quickly had solutions for the few road blocks that we almost ran into. I am an out of town buyer and they displayed great respect of my time. My friend is a believer in the Ford brand and Prosper Ford is a positive representation of a great car buying experience. They are the standard.

I was able to get my car back within a week. Had to wait for some parts. My service representative Alex was great letting me know that there were some additional repairs to be made and costs. He also kept me informed about the progress and when I could expect it to be completed.

There were oily handprints on the pain and leather interior. Mechanics are dirty don't care about customer vehicles. With an appointment, it was still 2 1/2 hours. Promised an Uber ride back to work, Uber never showed which means they probably didn't call a ride for me.
