The last 3 times I have brought my car in for service, I have asked for the alignment to be checked, which apparently has never been fixed. My car was in your possession for three weeks (for a separate recall that was not able to fixed) and my alignment still was not fixed. I was told I could pick up my car "bc it was safe to drive" Alignment still not fixed. I drove 600 miles with small children in my car with my car still pulling to the left. Hardly safe to drive. Upon my arrival to my destination, my brother noticed the inside of the front passenger tire is completely bald with thread coming through. Again, I would hardly say this is safe to drive. The lack of service has been absolutely infuriating. So after asking at 3 separate occasions for my alignment to be fixed, it never was and now I am having to replace all 4 tires on my car at just the two year mark. This is not an expense I should be paying for considering I have asked on three separate occasions for this to be fixed. If it was fixed the first time, I would not be replacing my tires at 31,000 miles. Not to mention what a total inconvenience this was for a vacation with small children
