The vehicle was delivered with dirt on the interior as well as a ding on the passenger's side door. The engine compartment was dirtier than the one on my 2016 Outback. They also put last year's inspection sticker on the windshield. Obviously, a ploy to get me come back in a few months to pay for the current inspection sticker which they should have put on in the first place.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that the staff were dressed casually and found it relaxing. They even bring their dogs to work! I LOVE dogs. Everything was explained to me in detail and the salesman helped me through the whole process. I would definitely go back to Profile Subaru to look at another car when the time comes.

Profile Subaru is very thorough when servicing my car. This time they took a video of their inspection of the undercarriage, which I'm pretty sure was in addition to (and at no charge) what was called for. The people in the service dept are all very helpful in explaining what they're doing. Over time Mike Morang has been especially helpful.

I had requested brake pads and rotor replacements since I had been informed by my yearly state inspection that they would need replacement soon.
