The mobile mechanic took time to explain to me the problem and how to address it. It was a complex explanation because there could be two issues rather than one. They won't know until they remove the plenum. At I have some sense of the possible outcomes and costs.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Our situation was a bit unique and they worked to not only help us, but help us avoid unnecessary work and to save money. Ultimately, we asked that they replace our alternator anyways, just to try, and they did so swiftly and without issue. Our car is back in working order, and I've already recommended them to coworkers and friends!

Proficient Auto is excellent. Jose explains the entire process and gives you an exact price with taxes included that beats any mechanic shops price. Tim came to my house and went above and beyond in working on my car and finished earlier than the time i was quoted. He walked me through everything proving all work that was paid for was actually done. They are my mechanics for life now. You don't have to go anywhere they come to you.
