They are friendly. Gave me options on what headlight to buy. Quoted different prices for me. As I waited for my car I listened as they talked to other customers. It seemed like they wanted to give them the best service with the best options. Never felt like they wanted to charge their customers more money. In other words, I felt they were honest.
