Have had all my vehicles serviced here, Bret and trevor are super friendly, Its always a joy bringing my car to pro auto, they use quality parts and get work done fast. Never will they try to upsell you on stuff you don't need, and will tell you if you absolutely need to replace that part or not. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My family has been going to pro auto since I was little I'm in my 20s now.

My drivers window fell in the door. It was on a Friday afternoon. The shop was about to close. They were willing to stay late and give me a ride home. They put my van in the shop for safety reasons. Monday morning, they called with the estimate. Fixed my van by that afternoon. I was so thankful they were able to fit me in. Pro Auto have always been so good at keeping my vehicles running great.

They provided me with a loaner vehicle for overnight and all repairs complete when promised. Pro Auto Care has been our mechanic for my husband's old 2001 BMW, so when McDonald Nissan, who bought the Larry Miller Nissan dealership that we took our car to for years for service, dramatically lied about what it would cost to replace the headlight assemblies, and the bad reputation they garnered when they tried to cheat my daughter, I decided to take the car to Pro Auto. They will be our mechanic for our Nissan Pathfinder from here on out. They are reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and impeccable. Regarding the headlight assemblies, they told us to look for the parts on Amazon or elsewhere, purchase them there, and then they will install them for us. That's awesome because the cost for the parts is 1/3 the cost we were quoted. We love the honesty and the consideration of our limited finances!
