My name is Danny and I am the Service Manager Here at Priority Infiniti. First let me apologize for the service we provided because it wasn't to your satisfaction. What happens is When we check lights during the multi point inspection its a habit to turn off the lights on every vehicle. Some vehicles has auto function lights and others doesn't. Last thing we don't want to happen is we leave a client lights on by mistake and the vehicle battery die.
