Brought my vehicle in for standard maintenance. My service advisor Joseph went above and beyond. During the tire rotation the technician found a nail in one of the tires that I was not aware of. Joseph made sure to keep me informed of the findings and made sure that the tire was replaced. I am extremely thankful for the quality of care that I received.

Everything was great except when I returned the courtesy and had to wait for almost 40 minutes for my car to be pulled back into the service bay for me. Several people on the display board behind me got their cars before mine was returned. I asked a couple of times about it and was told it would be returned shortly only to have to continue to stand in the service area waiting for it.
Up to that point things had been exceptional.

People are and helpful I would recommend going there as I have not had any issue there. Both times I have went.
Only negative is the charge amout for laber but you get charged the same at any shop that will work on Bmw or mini which is 200 per hour.

The people who were helping me were friendly enough but it was very clear they are not organized. I was told to come back to pick up my car before 7pm. I drove an hour from my home to the dealership and they were closed early for a party. I had to drive another hour back home without a car. I was refunded $150 and offered an Uber at no charge the next business day.

A1 shoutout Ryan Mararac , customer service at the dealership was Chic-Fil-a level (the highest level of service that exists if ya know ya know). Constant updates, live videos of each inspection , and even made SURE the warranty company didn't play me! Crazy work

Did service as requested.
No loaner car. Was told i ghad to call two weeks in advance. I am a physician. No loaner was incredibly inconvenient. Was promised a car wash. Was a lie. Car not washed after serviced. Never before treated this way from Lexus or MB of SA.

The intake service and wait time to receive your vehicle is EXTREMELY slow at Principle BMW. Their process needs to be improved tremendously. 45 minutes to intake a scheduled appointment is bizarre. This is a reoccurring thing...each time I have service there.

I loved the high quality customer service. I also was impressed that my service coordinator found a lovely loaner car for me even though I came in on an urgent basis. I didn't love the fact that they found another expensive problem, but I'm so grateful that they fixed it.

Brought my "old" 2001 M Coupe in for a windshield replacement. Due to the age of the car I was very nervous about leaving it. BMW SA, namely my service advisor took impeccable care of it. To my surprise, BMW SA does their windshield replacements "in-house"; they do now farm them out - which pleased me immensely. I have all my BMW's cared for by BMW SA service, and have always been very pleased with their service.

The process was relatively quick.
I was offered a shuttle ride back home since I had not reserved a "loaner", but once it was determined there were a couple of re-calls that I was offered to have done at no cost, the service rep, Brandon, got me a car loan anyway since it was going to take a couple of days to get the part. Great experience.

The service advisor was not very helpful and was very reluctant to help me. Also they claimed that they checked the washer fluids in the inspection report and levels were ok. But after 1-2 days I got a low washer fluid warning. Had to go back again to refill it. Very poor experience compared to my long term experience with BMW having being a BMW owner since 2018.

Communication was very limited.
Text and called the service guy and didn't receive call backs or messages. I had tk call back numerous times to finally get a call back.
Also asked for other info in regards to a possible trade in on my BMW and service guy said he would get back and never did.

Most excellent service from Eric Flores, Cameron Tang , Principal BMW, and CarMax Reports. It was so easy, friendly, and professional. I even hot the car sent you my Home to test drive, and then delivered to my Home with a Big Red Bow ( special) the next morning. Thank you all. Could not have went any better than it did! I got the CarMax report on all prior services to the vehicle. Awesome!
