I've been taking my car there for over 20 years and they have always treated me right! I went because I had a screw in my tire. Not only did they fit me in around my schedule, but it was ready no time. Adam is really good to his customers, and I will defiantly be using them again.

I took the car to Princess Anne Automotive, to mechanics I can trust, after the place I had taken it for state inspection came up with a list of repairs totalling $869. It cost me $139 for the overall inspection at PA Auto, but it was worth it -- none of those items the other place listed were needed.

These guys are always good with my truck. They have performed many services to include oil changes, state inspection, A/C service, tire rotation, replacing the battery and incremental maintenance services as well. I would recommend Adam and his team any day. Great service and pricing. Thanks guys.

Very courteous over the phone. Always easy to make an appointment. The work done is top notch and trustworthy. The folks at the counter always explain what work was done and anything the mechanic found that could be an issue down the road. The also provide a true estimate. Really like going there to get the work done on my 2012 Ford Raptor.

This place doesn't overcharge or upcharge their services. They make honest assessments and recommendations based on what they find. If the vehicles is road safe they'll let you drive off without trying to guilt or shame you into something you can't afford.

They had really good customer service but they seemed to try to get money out of a lot of people just by over pricing and saying that certain things need to be fixed but they don't. I have a friend whom used to be an inspector and they had said that this place seems to try to really steal a lot of people's money so that they can keep themselves going.

Great experience with Princess Anne Automotive. They were quick and brought my Ford Escapes A/C back to life after bringing it to 2 different locations that told me I had a leak. Turns out it wasnt a leak and this center was able to figure that out quickly and get my vehicle back in a timely manner with a proper correction. Thank you!

This is an honest shop! This is the 2nd year I've had my state inspection done here. They've done a great job both times and didn't try to find every loose screw and bolt to fail me. I did need new front brakes pads, but i was already aware of that beforehand. I definitely recommend them.
