They had a problem with the service center, I had rescheduled for 8am a few days later. They changed the oil, inspected, rotated tires and did a recall that was about 1/2-1hour. It took them three hours. Never washed my car and said they would give me extra discount off my bill for having to bring it back and didn't do that either

My car looks wonderful! Shined up like when it was new! My only complaint is that they had my car for 2 months. I understand that parts can be hard to get, and that there were others before me.... I was very lucky that after my insurance would no longer pay for a rental, Preston supplied a loaner.

Fixes your car to give you peace of mind again. Always plan on a couple hours though. Wait room is quite comfortable and includes several nice extra amenities other places would not. Staff will eventually update you on your vehicle and be as courteous as possible.

They replaced my door handles per my request and accidentally put a dent in the door. I saw the dent and thought for sure I'd get screwed. But no. They checked the cameras and saw that they did it and they took care of it. Honest people which is why I will always go there.

My time is as valuable as your time, recording my arrival as 8:16 when in fact I was at your facility at 7:50. I had to keep asking for information on my car, not being kept in the loop by your staff. Seems like a very, very long time for oil change, tire rotation, filter change, and tire rotation. Finally done at 10:39!

Horrible! This garage took over two months to complete services, and they were very unprofessional. They never kept me informed and never kept me updated. I had to reach out to them periodically to receive updates and even then they were never clear in the progression. Ill walk before I return to this garage again.
