The used car I bought had only one key. I went to Preston to discuss how to obtain a second one. They ordered, and only gave me, the electronic key fob WITHOUT the metal key insert. I wasn't aware that I had to order them separately, nor did they ever mention that fact!! Frustrating.

I had my oil changed on Thursday and two days later my car started sending notifications that I had 500 miles until I needed my oil changed. Also, they did not provide a sticker inside the car to tell me when my next one is due.

They had a problem with the service center, I had rescheduled for 8am a few days later. They changed the oil, inspected, rotated tires and did a recall that was about 1/2-1hour. It took them three hours. Never washed my car and said they would give me extra discount off my bill for having to bring it back and didn't do that either

My car looks wonderful! Shined up like when it was new! My only complaint is that they had my car for 2 months. I understand that parts can be hard to get, and that there were others before me.... I was very lucky that after my insurance would no longer pay for a rental, Preston supplied a loaner.

Fixes your car to give you peace of mind again. Always plan on a couple hours though. Wait room is quite comfortable and includes several nice extra amenities other places would not. Staff will eventually update you on your vehicle and be as courteous as possible.

They replaced my door handles per my request and accidentally put a dent in the door. I saw the dent and thought for sure I'd get screwed. But no. They checked the cameras and saw that they did it and they took care of it. Honest people which is why I will always go there.
