They completed the work but the customer service was not up to par. I was the one calling requiring about the status of my vehicle. No one gave me a courtesy call as far as a update. Making me wandering what was going on. Just no communication on there part until I made the call.

Ive been chasing a suspension noise for a long time. Spent thousands on shocks, sway links, control arms, springs, at another shop. They had it for a couple hours and found 2 loose subframe bolts from the other shop. Charged a couple bucks but well worth it. Thanks guys!

NO Courtesy Afforded purchased from PrestonWest. Forced to tow to/from Preston Aberdeen due to Diagnostics must be done in Aberdeen. Then Phone call saying Pick up vehicle. NO Codes came up for their repair to leaking transmission with hood failure in late June. After sitting 2wks before Diagnostics.; told tech Drove 100 miles no problem. This 100 miles affects my warranty. PRESTON NOT FAIR..Do not believe the hype dealership prints

i asked for info and pics for the truck the first guy sent me what was on the site the second guy apparently the manager said it was sold then it wasnt sold several times then the frame was rusty so i asked for the price and still never heard anything back Not very good customer service
