I liked the price of the oil change even though they charged little more than the coupon price. At the time of arrival, suddenly, the coupon disappeared from my wallet. Additional service recommendation was timely to me.
I didn't like the fact that the coffee machine was broken and was there as is. No attempt to fix the machine. It was on Saturday morning.

This is pretty much the best car dealership experience you can ask for. U get what u pay for but lexus customer service is way above Mercedes or BMW, and prestige is one of the best dealerships I have used for service sales and overall customer service

Perfect, as always. Been using them for oil changes for years. You get a full inspection and a car wash as a bonus. I then fix my car elsewhere if needed, as stealership repair prices are ridiculous.

I like that they know all about my car, my service advisor is exceptionally knowledgeable, nice, and honest, and the mechanic did a great job on my car, which now runs like it did when it was new. Considering that it's a 2012 vehicle, I'd say that's pretty good.

not certain what a five star would look like, however, satisfied. Maybe a five would be a friendlier environment in which to sit in a quiet room, which is what I experienced from Lexus of Towson, Maryland. Go check out the arrangement, it's been the best one I've seen so far anywhere in Lexus.

The repair work was marvelous, they really know what they are doing. My only issue was my service advisor left the company before the work was finished. I ended up in limbo for a bit until everyone was brought up to speed and everything was handed off.

The experience was good and the video was great. The only thing i didn't appreciate is that the tech recommended that we drain our sunroof but we don't have one. So this made me feel like I couldn't trust the recommendations made by lexus. It came across as just trying to get us to spend unnecessary money.
