I liked the lack of the usual pressure "gotta sell" tactics I've always experienced. Freda was knowledgeable and helpful in helping make the right decision for us. Yes there was the usual bartering but when I made a fair final offer,we had a deal. And we just love the truck.

I had to spend $200 on the new part for the door since I bought the truck with the wrong part on it. After a 2 hour wait the part was put on in the wrong location on the door. It doesn't even match the other side. It's to far forward and will probably cause the same problem. I don't know why they didn't even look at the other side to measure where the strip is supposed to be placed.

We were on a trip and our engine light went on. Due to their good ratings, we took our car into Prestige. They were able to pull the codes on the computer. The Service Manager handled all the paperwork with the warranty company and kept us informed every step on the way. Excellent customer service.

They did not do anything to my car. My aux battery was bad and had warranty on it but they said I needed a main battery for $500. This was not true aux battery was bad service writer and service manager extremely rude. I would not recommend them to anyone, I was never even given a receipt for what they supposedly did. They were rude and treated us like we were intellectually challenged. On top of all that they failed to complete the requested task that we asked them to do and didn't complete the recall work that was being requested by Jeep. If you want to be treated terribly and that they are the greatest thing since sliced bread, then this is your place. If you want to be treated like a person and respected, you'll want to go somewhere else.

Service was great and occurred in a timely manner. The only thing that keeps me from providing a 5 star review is the cost. The price of service is much more than other providers. That seems to be the going rate these days. Dealerships always cost more to have work done than typical garages.

I was told I would have my vehicle back same day. It took the mechanic a day and a half to change oil, rotate tires, and brake fluid replacement. Service manager needs to learn people skills, learn about the vehicle he's servicing and know his repair pricing.
