I am happy with the work that was done in a timely manner. I really appreciate the shuttle service which is a nice perk. All personnel that I dealt with were friendly, personable and efficient. My only hesitation was the quote for the transmission oil change which I thought was unusually high.

The 12V battery died in my recently purchased 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid. When I got a jump, I drove directly to Honda, and the service rep was wonderful! He pointed out that I still had a few weeks on the original factory warranty, so the new battery and service didn't cost me anything. Very efficient, courteous, and helpful.

I have never experienced a dealership like Prescott Honda. The staff members with whom I have dealt are all kind, professional, friendly, and considerate of my time and budget. During my most recent visit, the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and at no charge. When have you ever experienced that at a dealership's service department?

i thought the amount to replace the cabin air filter and engine air filter was a really high amount for the effort involved. i went ahead and paid the amount since i was already there but i know how easy the cabin air filter probably took less that 2 minutes to complete

I sat and waited while my Honda got maintenance and this time it did not take as long (2-3 hrs)it took about an hour. It is worth it to have peace of mind as I travel a lot, I get a detailed receipt and have a great car to maintenance with reliability and competence with the mechanics. So, the wait is worth it. BUT IF IT COULD CHANGE IN ANY WAY, THAT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER!!!

It maybe a 2012 car but it feels really good driving it after the service. Lot of energy and the A/C works again! The repr at Honda kept me informed of any issues which cropped up which I appreciate. Everything was completed on time as well. Good Job!

The CARFAX I received from dealer stated the rotors and brakes were completed by dealer prior to my purchase so did they do it incorrectly or just falsify? They also missed the cracked sidewalls on the front tires when doing their safety inspection so I had to have tires replaced.

Every time I have been to this Honda dealership I have been treated with respect and given the utmost care and attention. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable - the dealership is spotless inside and out and their waiting area is top-notch w comfy seating and coffee and water to help keep one hydrated. Maintenance service (oil change, brake fluid replaced, brake pads checked, battery checked) was completed quickly. I had the A/C checked, which wasn't cooling properly when I brought it in, is now cooling very very well. Only thing that wasn't great was I wanted three wiper blades replaced and only one of the three different sizes was in stock.

Servicing on my Honda HR-V is always done in a timely manner and the technicians are very thorough. My service advisor, Chris Rice, always explains what the technicians serviced plus all the regular maintenance areas that are checked. On anything that will need replacing in the near future, Chris gives me estimates. I appreciate that! Everyone at Prescott Honda is customer service oriented!

Service at this dealership has gone way downhill. First appointment for recall, they tell me you need an empty gas tank the day before --little late. Second appointment they say it's not on the schedule until we show them the email confirmation. Communication is bad.

I brought my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid in for recall work. I was told to expect to have to wait up to 2 hrs for the work to be done. Lo and behold, the work was finished in less than 1 hr and I got to go home to my 3 dogs in crates. The drive to the dealership is a little over 1 hr so the whole trip took me approx. 3 hrs instead of 5. Thank you Prescott Honda for getting me in and out so fast!

Great service at Prescott Honda. I thought my battery was failing and they let me come in that day to check it. As suspected it was dying rapidly and they replaced it with a new one at a fair price. So happy they let me bring the car in without a scheduled appointment as the battery died when they tried to restart it. Great service and they don't take advantage of you.

The reason for our visit was a new battery. It took about the amount of time that we were told it would and they sold us a new battery at a discount because of the factory 100 month warranty. Always the best Professional service. Work is not just listed, but Clearly explained, and the issues involved can be discussed. Alternate repair schedules are offered. Service department staff are not condescending, and respectful. Prices are clearly explained, and an itemized list is offered. Work not requested but needed in the future is mentioned, but not as an upsell at the time of service. How cool is that!

I love this Dealership and my service advisor. My only issue has more to do with Honda Corporate. I've had several recall notices. Before the recall, I had the car in for "sticky steering wheel". Could not repeat it at dealership. Still have not done the recall.
