They canceled my appointment due to person I had appointment with called off. However they never contacted to let me know until I was there for my appointment. Also the vehicle I went to see wasn't at dealership, it had been sent out for repairs. Vehicle showed up dirty, insects crawling around inside and not repaired.

Drove over a hour to get there. Was told couldn't test drive call, after being told could. Was then told I could come back later in the afternoon and test drive the car, they would call me. I waited at a restaurant for 2 hours down the street for the call. Never called I texted, I received a call, a day later to tell me I could see the car in 2 days. Very unprofessional, horrible experience I would never buy a car from them.

This was my worst car buying experience at this dealership. They advertised one price, when I went there it was $3k more than the advertised price for dealer installed equipment. You can't remove them. They would test drive the car without filling out a credit application. In fact they would open the car for me to see it inside. Horrible customer service. Only one person in the entire shop. It was like a ghost town. These people are not there to sell cars. This shop will be shutdown soon.

I felt they were pressuring me to buy by committing the car to me and then telling me they had another buyer who wanted it and if I wanted it I had to come in immediately or they were selling it to their buyer. I told them they made a commitment and I would be coming into view it and they continued to put the pressure on. I told them to let other buyers take it and went to another dealer that day and bought a vehicle. I was not comfortable dealing with them. Did not seem honest.
