Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Never have I ever met such careless, unprofessional, arrogant people. Service department needs some serious work; inconsiderate staff and a very rude, immature service manager. This place will leave you and your vehicle feeling less than whole. You will leave here with your day ruined and your vehicle damaged and in worse shape than when you brought it in. Save yourself.

The major problem was resolved. However not sure the additional work that was not under warranty was actually needed at that time. I only had the vehicle one week and it was sold as a pre certified vehicle that was purchased from another Volkswagen dealership in Texas.

Scratches appeared on my WHITE vehicle after maintance service and WASH, horrified I told manger that was not on my vehicle manger said see it comes off he rubbed a few black spots off a long line about 24" I rubbed the remaining with a cloth only to see there was a large chip on my vehicle. :-(

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires not rotated. Recall for engine cover was addressed for 2nd time. Engine Cover removed and not replaced. Why was I not informed Engine Cover not replaced? Now I have been riding with no Engine Cover on a new vehicle.

1st visit for leaking coolant. Rep said it was the coolant bottle. Fee $1100.00 + 3% surcharge for using credit card. Still leaking, went back to dealership, who could not find leak, so added more coolant. Running hot again so went back a 3rd time. Now the found a leak and want to charge me $1500 + 3% to fix it. I'm looking for another shop. Won't be back to any Premier dealerships.

PERFECT customer service and you can drive off on a beautiful brand new car within a couple hours of paperwork and enough to pay for full coverage insurance. With $0 down I couldn't believe it but they made a believe out of me so thanks you guys I give you 5 states shot out Malcolm who sold me the 2025 Jetta I love it you guys are the greatest anyone don't believe me go check for yourself !!!

They did a good job, but they called the previous owners name when my vehicle was finished and I sat there for almost 2 hours. Not knowing that my vehicle was ready. For the trouble, they didn't charge me for the tire rotation. So I left without having to pay anything.

I had an appointment but had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my car to be serviced. I know the technician opened the hood as he took a picture of my engine. However, my tires were supposed to be rotated and I am not sure this was done even though I paid for it. I wasn't pleased with this experience.
